The Filter Minder® Air Restriction Gauge was invented in 1977 by Joseph Nelson, who then started a company that has designed, manufactured, and improved filter monitoring devices for over twenty years.

In 1998, the assets of Engineered Products Company were purchased by a group of employees and investors. The new company has expanded to include a full and exceptionally high quality line of filter monitors, including gauges, indicators, switches, and sensors.

Our Filter Minder® can be found on a variety of applications throughout the world and has become standard on many automotive, truck, and off-highway vehicles and equipment.
