The
graduated indicator monitors engine
air filters. The position indicator
progressively fills the window as
air filter restriction increases,
locking at the highest restriction.
The air filter should be changed when
the position indicator reaches the
red zone. It can be mounted under-hood
to the air cleaner or air induction
piping with a threaded port, or with
rubber grommet mount. Other options
include remote and dash mount.

Low Vacuum Sensor for Monitoring Air Filters Filter Minder® (Engineered Products Co) introduces a new low vacuum sensor to monitor air filter restriction. It is designed for severe duty service for all types of vehicle and stationary equipment applications. As air filter restriction increases, the sensor gives a comparable voltage output range of .5 to 4.5 volts full scale. The output signal is accurate within +/- 2.5% over a temperature range of -40 to 125 degrees C. The sensor is reverse and over-voltage protected. Threaded mounting ports can be supplied with 1/8” pipe thread, 3/8” straight thread, or M-10 metric. The sensor is furnished with flying leads, or with your choice of electrical connector.
